Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by IntelliOrion, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

IntelliOrion provides IT analytics, application development, data engineering, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in separate agreements or statements of work.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, ownership of deliverables will be addressed in individual project contracts.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements or service contracts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliOrion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specific warranties for project deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Project-specific termination terms will be defined in individual contracts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
